is a leading early childhood education centre dedicated to nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Level 3 Practitioner to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

As an Early Years Level 3 Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. You will create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment, promoting children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum. Foster a positive and supportive learning environment. Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's development. Conduct observations and assessments to track children's progress. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the facility.

Requirements:

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
