The Role

As a Level 3 Practitioner, you'll play a central role in planning and delivering engaging, play-based activities for children aged 0-5 years. You'll work closely with parents and colleagues to support every child's:

Cognitive development Language and communication skills Physical growth and wellbeing Emotional and social development Creativity and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities

Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment for children. Use your expertise to plan, implement, and evaluate age-appropriate activities. Support and extend children's learning through observation, interaction, and play. Build positive partnerships with parents, keeping them informed and involved. Encourage social skills and teamwork among children. Apply up-to-date child development knowledge to everyday practice.
