Job Description

Baytree Park Nursery are looking to recruit a level 3 Practitioner to join our dedicated team in the capacity of Early Years Practitioner.

This position is to join our busy Nursery and must have experience of working within an Early Years setting, with 0 to 5 year olds is essential. Experience of leading a team is desirable but not essential. ( Room Leader is a higher rate of pay ).

This role is specifically to ensure we offer high quality education for all the children. To work alongside our team of practitioners to ensure the rooms are run to the highest standard.

Ideally you will have a level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare, consideration will be given to level 2 nearing completion of level 3. We are an age friendly employer.

Candidates will have a sound knowledge and understanding of child development, be up to date with key developments and initiatives and must have a passion to make a difference.

Job Type: Permanent position.

Salary: From 12.30 starting rate to 14 room leader.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday and 6pm finish. Minimum of 35 hours per week + overtime when required.
Experience:

Childcare: 4 years working in a childcare environment preferred.
Level 3 or near completion to level 3.
