We are looking for a caring and dedicated

Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

to join our nursery on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about supporting the learning and care of children.

About the Role

You will support the Room Leader with the daily running of the room and contribute to creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment. You will play a key role in supporting toddlers as they develop key skills in communication, independence, and social interaction through age-appropriate activities and routines.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the smooth handover from morning to afternoon routines Deliver engaging activities aligned with the EYFS Provide warm, responsive care and promote positive behaviour Support toileting, hygiene, snack time, and transitions Carry out observations and contribute to learning journals Maintain high standards of hygiene, safeguarding, and health and safety Communicate professionally with parents and carers during handovers Support junior staff or apprentices when needed

What We're Looking For

Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent) 1-2 years' experience in early years (preferred) Up-to-date Paediatric First Aid certificate (mandatory) Confident in supporting routine care and learning for toddlers Good understanding of EYFS Calm, patient, and enthusiastic A supportive and reliable team player
