We are looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team on a full-time basis (4 or 5 days a week) to join our Penge nursery.
A little bit about us
We are a small family run nursery group that has been operating for over 30 years. We currently have four nurseries, all of which are rated 'Good' by Ofsted and have a strong waitlist. We value each and every member of our staff team and recognise that people can bring different ideas and suggestions all of which are equally valued. We view our team members as our extended family and most of our staff have worked with the company for many years.

What we are looking for
The ideal candidate for this role will be a Nursery Practitioner who has experience working with children in the early years, and loves to be creative and get messy. We are looking for someone with a positive can-do attitude and the willingness for every child in your care to succeed. We are looking for someone who is qualified at Level 3 (early years) or above.
Previous experience of working in a nursery
Passionate about working in the early years
Able to work as part of a team and use your own initiative
Level 3 or above full and relevant early years qualification

Responsibilities
Support daily operations of your room, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children
Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote early childhood development
Work together with your team, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's progress and well-being
Maintain compliance with childcare regulations and standards to ensure high-quality care.
