Potters Bar Day Nursery is an Ofsted-rated Good nursery, centrally located in the heart of the High Street. Situated near Potters Bar Mainline Station and Barnet Hill Tube Station, the nursery is easily accessible via public transport, with convenient links to the M25, M1, and A1. The setting also offers both On-Site and Off-Road Parking for added convenience.

We are currently seeking a Level 3 Practitioner to join our team in the Under 2's room. This full-time position offers 40 hours per week, with flexible shift patterns between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM. For the right candidate, we are open to discussing alternative hours. A full, relevant Level 3 childcare qualification is required. Please note that this is a year-round position, as the nursery operates throughout the year and is not term-time only.

400 Qualfiication Recognition Bonus

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments and resources to children, that are appropriate to their age and stage of development.
Understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS are met.
Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery, and promote these daily in every routine.
Undertake any other duties to ensure the smooth running of the nursery, and the safety and wellbeing of children, staff and families.
Maintain strictly professional relationships and report any complaints or concerns to management in accordance with company policy and procedures.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will need:
Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification - essential.
Fluent in written and spoken English - essential.
Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable.
