Overview

Our thriving nursery in Brights Avenue, Rainham is looking for Level 3 Practioners to join their growing team. The ideal practitioner will have excellent knowledge of the EYFS and birth to 5 matters to support the children in their learning and development and give them the best start in life.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education to children in the nursery setting. Develop and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development across various areas, including language, social skills, and physical coordination. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster positive relationships and ensure a supportive environment. Manage daily routines and ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care. Support children's emotional and social development by encouraging positive behaviour and interactions. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development, sharing updates with parents as necessary. Collaborate with other staff members to create an inclusive atmosphere that respects diversity and promotes equality. Drive initiatives that enhance the nursery's educational offerings and contribute to a positive team culture.

Experience

Experience in childcare or early years education is desirable. A minimum of level 3 qualification is essential. Strong communication skills are required to engage with children, parents, and colleagues effectively. A passion for early childhood education, along with the ability to inspire young learners through creative teaching methods.
