This Job Vacancy is All year round position, set hours and days. The right candidate will be paid above the NMW.

You will need Level 3 for this vacancy. Be willing and capable of running a room with the added responsibilities also.

We are looking for a qualified Level 3 Childcare Room Supervisor to join our team.
You must be enthusiastic, positive, able to use your own initiative, be reliable, honest and willing to engage with all children adapting and meeting their personal needs.
Willing to adapt and learn new things.
Well presented and punctual.
Up to date knowledge of the new development matters and educational programmes
Knowledge on safeguarding and safeguarding procedures.
Knowledge on completing relevant paperwork within an early years setting
Willing to keep personal development and knowledge up to date.

Supervise and support the daily activities of children in a nurturing environment. Implement early childhood education programs that promote learning and development. Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding children's progress and needs. Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals, fostering a collaborative atmosphere. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the nursery setting. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.

Holidays include 2wks Christmas & 2wks August. Remainder to be taken when employee chooses.

Salary: above NMW
