This is a unique opportunity to be a part of something new and exciting, where you can make a positive impact from day one.
Our nursery offers a large, spacious setting with six rooms, an expansive outdoor play area, and the potential to expand into a nearby forest area once fully operational. We are a child-led environment, fostering independence and creating a home-from-home atmosphere for the children in our care.
What Does the Role Involve?

Build strong, supportive relationships with parents, updating them on their child's progress and well-being.
Promote the children's social, emotional, and physical development through play, interaction, and activities.
Ensure the nursery is a clean, safe, and well-organized environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Safeguard the wellbeing of the children in your care and follow safeguarding protocols strictly.
Work as part of a supportive and dedicated team to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.
Engage actively with children during play and other activities, leading by example and fostering independence.
What Are We Looking For?
A minimum of Level 3 Early Years and Childcare qualification.
Experience in working in a childcare or nursery setting is desirable but not essential.
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and how to apply it effectively in the nursery setting.
