We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. Responsibilities



Create and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development. Supervise and engage with children during playtime, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive community. Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their development and communicating findings with parents. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment that meets health and safety standards. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute daily routines effectively. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications



A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or Child Development is required. Experience working with young children in a nursery or similar setting is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative when required. Knowledge of child safety regulations and best practices in early childhood education is an asset.
