Your Role
As part of our nursery team, you will:
Promote high standards of quality in the environment, resources, and experiences offered to children
Take on key carer responsibilities for designated children
Plan and deliver stimulating activities that support every child's learning and development
Ensure practice and provision meets EYFS requirements
Step up to manage the room effectively in the absence of the Team/Room Leader
Mentor and support students and unqualified staff to help them deliver high-quality childcare
