Job Description

-Able to commit minimum of 6 hours each day.

- able to join us either in morning from 9:00 to 3:30 or in Afternoons from 3:00 to 6:00pm.

Duties:
- Assist in the care and supervision of children in the nursery
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to play and learn
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities and play
- Assist with diaper changes and potty training
- Serve meals and snacks to children
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery area
- Communicate with manager concerns and progress for the well being and safety of the children.

- Assist manager in smoothing flow of the routines

-Plan activities and routines

-Able to manage children according to their individual abilities.

-record observations and progression of children

Qualifications:

- willing to gain childcare experience and enrolled in minimum level 2 childcare program.
- enrolled in a qualification program level3 in childcare.

-Must be fluent in English language speaking

- Previous experience working with young children preferred
- Knowledge or experience of managing Autistic and non verbal children will be an advantage
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 45.00-48.00 per day
