We are looking or a passionate Level 3 practitioner to work in our nurturing Baby/Toddler Room. Due to increase numbers of children we are looking to recruit a number of part-time and full time positions.
You will be supported within your role by an experienced Teacher specialising in Early Years and you will be based within an established Baby Room Team, who look forward to welcoming their new team members,

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children, supporting their development and well-being.

Duties
Create and implement engaging educational activities that promote early learning and development.
Supervise and interact with children to ensure their safety and well-being at all times.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as necessary.
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming nursery environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective strategies for managing children's behaviour.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns that may arise.
Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in childcare and early education.
Skills
Strong background in early childhood education is essential.
Ability to drive initiatives that foster children's growth and learning.
Experience managing groups of children in a nursery or childcare setting.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
Previous experience working with children is highly desirable.
Knowledge of nursery practices and childcare regulations is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children and families.
Leadership qualities to inspire teamwork among staff members while maintaining a positive atmosphere within the nursery setting.
