We are seeking an experienced and passionate Level 2 or 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner for children aged 2 to 4 years. We are looking for someone who has the kindest most nurturing mannerisms, who has a clear passion for young children and their development within early years.

The ideal candidate will:
Have a minimum of a Level 2 or 3 childcare diploma or qualification Have sound knowledge of Safeguarding A high degree of integrity and empathy when dealing with children. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload. A positive attitude, confident and approachable. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role and to be able to act as a role model within every aspect of the team.

We are seeking an experienced Early Year's Educator who has good knowledge of the EYFS and Development Matters Framework.

The successful candidate should be passionate about providing high-quality early years activities for children to learn, develop and thrive. They need to be highly motivated and enjoy working with babies and young children to strive to make a difference.

The job role will involve meeting and greeting families, forming good relationships with them and actively supporting early home learning. The lead practitioner will be a Safeguarding Officer and Fire Marshall with additional responsibilities to over see the room they work in and Nursery policies and procedures as per their roles and responsibilities.

Creating and monitoring a range of play-based learning activities as part of the organisations curriculum to deliver to the children in small groups or independently helping to set them achievable targets.
