The Role:

We are looking for caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our small and friendly team. You will help deliver high-quality care and education, ensuring our ethos and curriculum approaches are embedded in daily practice.

You will:

Provide engaging, stimulating, and inclusive learning experiences

Support children's individual learning journeys and developmental progress

Promote independence, curiosity, and teamwork in line with our educational approaches

Work closely with colleagues to create a nurturing and safe environment

Build strong and positive relationships with children, parents, and the wider team

You will need:

Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)

A warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach

Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements

Strong communication and teamwork skills
