Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and educational development of young children.

Duties

Provide high-quality care and education to children in the nursery setting. Plan and implement engaging activities that cater to the developmental needs of each child. Manage daily routines, ensuring a safe and organised environment for all children. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster positive relationships. Drive initiatives that promote children's learning through play and exploration. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development. Support children in their social interactions, encouraging positive behaviour and conflict resolution. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.

Experience

Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential. A qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage groups of children effectively. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A passion for promoting children's learning through creative play and structured activities. Ability to work as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative when required.

Pay: 28,080.00-30,160.00 per year
