Duties
Plan, organise, and deliver engaging activities tailored to children's developmental stages
Support children's emotional, social, and physical development through personalised care
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times in accordance with nursery policies
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily routines
Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support children's needs
Lead by example in managing daily nursery operations, demonstrating strong leadership qualities
Assist with organising outings and transportation as required, utilising driving skills when necessary
Foster a warm, inclusive environment that promotes learning through play and exploration
Experience
Proven experience working with children within a nursery or early childhood education setting
Demonstrable management and leadership skills in a childcare environment
Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education frameworks
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Previous experience with childcare management systems is advantageous
Valid driving licence preferred to support transportation duties
