We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development and well-being of young children. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting children's learning through play and engaging activities.
Duties
Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive community.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development, ensuring effective communication with parents regarding their child's achievements.
Ensure the nursery environment is safe, clean, and conducive to learning.
Collaborate with team members to develop best practices in childcare and early education.
Support children's individual needs through tailored learning experiences.
Demonstrate effective management and leadership skills within the nursery setting.
Requirements
Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
A qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to demonstrate effective management and leadership capabilities within a team environment.
Experience in creating engaging educational activities tailored to children's developmental stages.
A genuine passion for childcare and commitment to fostering children's growth.
