About the Role:

As a key member of our preschool team, you'll be working with children aged 2.5 to 5 years, supporting their development through play-based learning, structured activities, and personalised care. You'll help prepare them for the next step in their educational journey, making every day a learning adventure!

What You'll Do:

Create and deliver stimulating, age-appropriate activities based on the EYFS framework Observe, plan, and assess children's progress and development Build positive relationships with children, families, and your team Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment Work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold our high standards of care and education

Requirements:

Level 2 or 3 qualification

in Early Years Education Previous experience (preferred) working with children aged 2.5 - 5 years Sound understanding of the

EYFS framework

Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for early childhood development
