Salary:

28,000 - 32,000 per year + mileage reimbursement

Regional Support Deputy Manager

As a Regional Support Deputy Manager, you'll provide leadership and support wherever it's needed most - from stepping in for Deputy Managers, to supporting operational needs, to helping drive improvements across our nurseries. Every day will be different, but each one will make a lasting impact on children, families, and teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day nursery operations in the absence of senior staff Support Nursery Managers in maintaining outstanding care, education, and safeguarding standards Motivate and inspire teams across multiple sites to deliver excellence Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues Assist with staff training, appraisals, and development Adapt quickly to new environments, offering consistent, confident leadership
What We're Looking For

An experienced Deputy Manager, or a strong Room Leader ready to progress Flexible, enthusiastic, and motivated by variety Minimum

Level 3 Early Years qualification

(Level 5 desirable) Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and early years best practice Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Full UK driving licence and access to a car (travel across East Midlands required)
