Do you want to make an impact on children's lives and be part of an amazing team? We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Baby Room Leader to join us in our mission to shape young minds and build a better future! Our Toddler Room is for children from 12 months to 18 months.
As a Nursery Teacher you will:
Lead and manage the daily activities within our toddler room for children ages 20-30 months, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment for children.
Plan and implement a high-quality curriculum that reflects our focus on outdoor learning, environmental education, and nutrition.
Work closely with parents, staff, and external partners to enhance the educational experience and overall well-being of the children.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's development and learning journeys.
Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
Ensure compliance with EYFS standards and nursery policies.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development opportunities.
Work on a shift pattern Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with a 1-hour lunch break per day.
Qualifications and Skills:
NVQ Level 3 or higher in Early Years Education or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Room Leader or similar role in an early years setting.
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for outdoor education and commitment to our nursery's ethos of Environment, Community, and Nutrition.

35 days holiday a year (including bank holidays and nursery closure between Christmas and New Year),
