This role requires a Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years.

Your Role:

Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to infants' developmental needs Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment in line with EYFS standards Monitor and celebrate children's developmental milestones Communicate effectively with families to build positive relationships Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high-quality care and learning environments Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection policies

What We're Looking For:

Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification Previous experience working within an Early Years setting - ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator or similar Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage, Safeguarding and Child Protection Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to excellence
