Nursery Supervisor
Job Description
Greenfields Daycare is a family run nursery looking for passionate Level 3 Early Years professionals, who are dedicated to providing exceptional care and education to our children.
As a Supervisor you will play a vital role in ensuring there is a high-quality care and education delivered to our children daily. You will lead our existing teams to create fun, engaging activities for the children that promote excellent learning and development for them.
The ideal candidate:
At least 2 years experience working with children and childcare
Nursery experience and an early childhood education background
Strong communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities:
Create and implement engaging and educational activities for children in an outdoor and indoor environment using the wide range of resources available
Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to play and learn.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff. Leading and delegating nursery assistants within the nursery
Ensuring a clean and safe environment for all children at all times
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.92 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
