We are currently recruiting for an experienced passionate and caring Early years Practitioner Supervisor to take on the day to day running within our 3-5 playroom.

The ideal candidate will have a real passion for working with children and understand the importance of delivering quality learning experiences.

We require someone who is friendly, approachable, proactive and uses initiative well to ensure children's experiences follow their interests. Out the box thinking is welcomed to provide the children with new and exciting learning.

Being able to work as a team and on your own projects is essential along with having effective communication to ensure the nursery runs as smoothly as possible to ensure the children and families are invited into a calm and safe environment.

The candidate will need to have the relevant qualification such as HNC in childcare and education, svq3 social services (children and young people). The candidate will also need to have knowledge of the most recent documentation and guidance to support the 3-5 age group. A desire to undertake CPD in the childcare field is essential to keep you up to date with current knowledge. You will be required to register with the SSSC

The candidate will be required to have previous experience working with children aged 3-5 years.
