Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Supervisor for our team at Nedz at Thrushfield in Parkgate. This pivotal role is essential in fostering a positive and friendly environment for children, ensuring high standards of childcare and early education.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. Mentor staff to provide exceptional childcare. Create and implement engaging educational programs tailored to children's needs. Foster positive relationships with parents and the community. Monitor children's development and maintain accurate records. Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for all children. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the nursery.
Qualifications
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff. Extensive knowledge of early childhood education principles. Excellent communication skills to engage with parents and staff effectively. Relevant qualifications in childcare or education (e.g., Level 3 or above).
