The setting

kinderzimmer is seeking a dynamic Support Manager to work across our 144-place nursery in Amersham and our beautiful 92- place setting in Berkhamsted. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact across two high-performing nurseries within the UK's fastest-growing nursery group.

What will you be doing?

This exciting cross-site role gives you the opportunity to drive excellence and support leadership across two high-performing nurseries. Your responsibilities include:

Provide hands-on operational support across both settings to ensure smooth day-to-day running. Mentor and coach Heads of Nursery, supporting them to meet occupancy, quality, and compliance targets. Monitor and support the financial performance of each nursery, working closely on P&L and budgeting. Identify and implement best practice to drive high standards across both sites. Ensure safeguarding, EYFS and Ofsted standards are fully embedded and upheld. Build strong, trusting relationships with teams, parents, and external partners. Support staff wellbeing, development, and performance management when needed.

Who we are looking for

For our bespoke nursery, we are looking for an experienced leader to join us;

Must be Level 3 qualified or above. Experience with an Early Years Leadership role ideally as a Senior Nursery Manager or similar. A confident leader who has successfully participated in Ofsted inspections with "Good" or "Outstanding" outcomes. An inspirational Nursery manager that can develop a high performing team
