We are seeking an experienced Nursery Teacher to join a well-established and high-performing primary school located in N15, within the borough of Haringey. This full-time role commences in September 2025 and offers a structured, collaborative environment, underpinned by strong leadership and long-term curriculum planning. The successful candidate will be joining a one-form entry Church of England school that is part of a federation with two other local schools.

This opportunity is ideally suited to a Nursery Teacher with at least two years of post-qualification experience. The school has robust support structures in place, including shared senior leadership teams and cohesive planning across the federation.

The Role

As a Nursery Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching in the Early Years Foundation Stage. Planning from the previous year will be provided, though you will be expected to adapt and personalise it to meet the needs of your class. You will be supported by experienced teaching assistants, including those allocated to pupils with Special Educational Needs.

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate EYFS lessons Support a diverse cohort, including pupils with identified SEN needs Utilise long-term schemes while incorporating your own effective strategies Maintain strong classroom routines and promote a positive learning environment Collaborate closely with colleagues across the school and federation
Candidate Profile:

A qualified Nursery Teacherwith a minimum of two years' teaching experience Proven ability to manage a classroom effectively and engage young learners A confident practitioner with strong knowledge of the EYFS framework Comfortable working collaboratively and independently within an established structure Not suitable for Early Career Teachers at this time
