Are you passionate about supporting young children in their early years of learning and development? Salfords Primary School & Nursery is seeking a dedicated and nurturing Nursery Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant and welcoming team on a part time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the foundation of our youngest learners' education within a caring and inclusive environment.

Your Opportunity




This is a rewarding opportunity to support children's learning and development through engaging play and planned activities, while taking on key worker responsibilities for our Nursery children. You will help maintain a safe, secure, and hygienic environment, contribute to planning and assessments, and ensure accurate record-keeping. The role also involves upholding confidentiality, following safeguarding procedures, and supporting the inclusive ethos of the nursery. You'll be part of a collaborative team, attending staff meetings and training to support your ongoing professional development.

Be interested in a career within a Nursery setting and working with children. Be able to stay calm and objective when presented with unusual or challenging behaviour.
