The Board of Directors of The Rainbow Multi Academy Trust are looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic nursery teaching assistant to support pupils learning at St Ives Infants School.

As the successful candidate, you will have a naturally caring demeanour and a genuine commitment to promoting the needs and welfare of every child. You will work closely with the class teacher to deliver inspiring, age-appropriate activities that spark curiosity and support learning in line with the EYFS framework. Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment will be at the heart of your role, as will observing and recording children's progress and sharing valuable insights with teachers and families.

We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who hold a relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification, as this will enable you to support across the school where needed. Above all, we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to creating an ambitious, ethical, and empowering learning environment. Embracing our Trauma Informed approach to education is essential, as is the ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues and families to support every child's development and wellbeing.
