We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee our nursery operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for early childhood education. This role requires effective communication with staff, children, and parents, ensuring a nurturing environment that promotes the development and well-being of every child in our care.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards. Lead and support a team of childcare professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Develop and implement educational programmes that align with early childhood education principles. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's progress and any concerns that may arise. Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of nursery staff. Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. Drive initiatives that enhance the quality of care and education provided at the nursery.

Experience

Proven experience in a managerial role within a childcare or educational setting is essential. Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices. Experience working with children in a nursery or similar environment is highly desirable. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to ensure clear communication with staff and parents. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
