Specification:

You will be supporting a Registered Nurse ensuring medication rounds run smoothly with the clients' best interests prioritised. You will be expected to promote and maintain residents' dignity and respect, ensure all documentation is completed accurately and accordingly. Attend and deliver true and accurate handovers and record these accurately. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or other competent person assists in the safe and efficient delivery of care to Residents. Understands and supports the main aims and values of the home, its policies and procedures, and how their work and that of other staff promotes the aims of the home

Work Experience:

Experience in medication management and administration & care planning. Experience running a care floor/delegating
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 14.00 per hour
