Help deliver the aims of the Regional Occupational Health Unit.




As an

Occupational Health Administrator,

you will manage all incoming correspondence and resolve queries providing a confidential administrative service. You will liaise with customers and medical staff face to face as well as by phone, emails and letters to book appointments.


This is a part time permanent position working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

What you'll be doing



Provide reception service to the medical clinics, liaising with internal and external contacts. Prepare and distribute medical reports. Carry out administrative/process work such as preparing letters and maintaining filing systems.

The must haves



Experience of undertaking administrative activities in a customer facing environment: including, co-ordination of appointments/meetings, process work. Experience of accurately inputting, retrieving and searching for information on computer databases. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels especially when dealing with sensitive issues.
