Although this is a managerial role, it does not include direct line management responsibilities. Provide expert occupational health advice to the client, attending meetings with business partners, Health & Safety, and Wellbeing teams. Lead on policy reviews and ensure all clinical documentation undergoes an annual review.
Oversee the day-to-day clinical coordination of the service, ensuring safe and effective delivery, and highlight areas for development to meet contractual needs.
Support and mentor less experienced Occupational Health Advisors, contributing to their clinical learning and professional development (without formal line management duties).
Ensure all clinical guidance, protocols, and documentation are current, evidence-based, and compliant with professional standards.
Assist with complaint investigations, conduct clinical scrutiny of cases, and provide clinical input for complex case management and PAM referrals.
