To work as a member of a multi-disciplinary Community Learning Disability Team (CLDT), offering a comprehensive service to service users who require specialist health interventions. To participate in the ongoing development and maintenance of quality services, ensuring ongoing commitment to the care programme approach, managing complex care, and acting as a Care Co-ordinator where appropriate. To support and guide junior staff members and participate in the education and supervision of a range of students. To maintain clear links with your professions structures and your professions lead within theTrust.
Support the professions development and modernisation and the adherence to your professions standards and codes of practice. To utilise your core occupational therapy skills to provide high quality occupational therapy interventions to people with a learning disability treatment.
