Occupational Therapist

to join our

newly commissioned, purpose-built mental health nursing home

, dedicated to recovery, rehabilitation, and reintegration.This is a rare opportunity to bring your ideas, your clinical expertise, and your creative thinking into a service designed with innovation at its core. You'll work alongside our

in-house, multidisciplinary team

to deliver impactful, person-centred interventions that support residents with complex mental health needs on their recovery journey.

What You'll Be Doing:



Deliver holistic, recovery-focused occupational therapy assessments and interventions Develop and implement personalised treatment plans to enhance independence and quality of life Promote engagement in meaningful activities that support functional, cognitive, and emotional recovery Provide clinical input into service design and evolution - your voice will be heard Contribute to the overall therapeutic model and outcome-focused care culture

About You:



HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist Experience in adult mental health, ideally within a recovery or rehab setting Innovative, proactive, and passionate about improving lives Confident working both independently and collaboratively within an MDT Keen to influence service development and embed best practice

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 45,000.00-55,000.00 per year
