You'll play a pivotal role in keeping our office operations running smoothly and providing strong support to our Project team.. The position will suit a well organized proactive person.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to team members.
Answering phone calls & handling general enquiries.
Responding to emails.
Filling documents.
Data Entry & updating databases.
Diary Management.
Preparing invoices.
Booking appointments.
Requirements
Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
Good phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
