Coda Plastics are looking to recruit an Office Administration Assistant.
To be considered for this role, the candidate must demonstrate good experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office and of Customer Service and/or Interdepartmental Relationships.
This role would suit a person of a proactive, dynamic nature who is comfortable taking on a variety of tasks within the business with a friendly and approachable manner.
This is a full-time position with an immediate start date.
Duties to include but not limited to:
General Reception and Administrative duties
Research for Sales Manager
Processing sample requests and sales orders
Organising courier services
Printing works orders and issuing to the shop floor
Collating and updating production output data
Purchasing/sourcing items as required for shop floor, canteens and offices
