Administrative assistant and Sales
Full time 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Your Role
Play Services Ireland are currently seeking an administration assistant. Your role will be to support the everyday tasks of the company. Initially, there will be a mandatory training period of 6 months. Must have excellent telephone and organization skills as there are many elements to the job that will require the successful applicant to multitask.
Essential Criteria:
At least 2 years relevant experience gained in an administrative role
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent including English and Maths
Computer literate - with the use and knowledge of Microsoft Office - main use of
Excel
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with customers at all levels.
Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
Full clean driving licence
Willingness to participate in training
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Carry out general office administrative duties
Updating spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel)
Answering telephones
Processing and filing of paperwork
Data Entry
Inspection Report writing
Collating and generating internal tender requirements
Updating the company CRM system
Assist with the updating of the company website and social media pages
Interchange of Duties and Responsibilities as and when required
Any other duties as required
