Administrative Assistant

We require an office administrator to help with the following:
Manage day to day calls and emails from customers and clients and direct them as required
Process jobs onto the CRM system, manage appointments with residents and staff. Keep the CRM system fully up to date with call logs (full training will be given)
Data entry - register installed products with relevant bodies
Meet and greet visitors/guests for meetings
Manage day to day running of the office to ensure everything run smooths.
Work closely with the directors to ensure continued success for the business
Follow up completed jobs with satisfaction questionnaires and input the feedback
Requirements:
Confident, professional and friendly demeanour
Understanding of Microsoft Office
Administrative experience.
Strong time management skills.
Knowledge of general administration procedures.
Ability to multitask important.
Strong organisational skills.
Good communication skills.
Professional and friendly demeanour.
Willing to work as a team
Ability to use own initiative
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 25,000.00 per year
