A developing family company celebrating 30 years of trading. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator and telesales operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation as part of our office team. Supporting various administrative functions, and facilitating effective communication within the organisation. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment when needed.
Responsibilities
Making and receiving calls from our clients wishing to place orders, or making an enquiry.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure seamless operations.
Assist in sales activities by providing administrative support to the sales team. Mostly to your partnered sales account manager.
Utilise software tools to track sales leads and maintain customer records.
Conduct telemarketing activities to promote services and support your sales account manager with their potential clients.
Over time learn different aspects and tasks of the office.
Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and digital documents.
Provide support for any additional administrative tasks as needed.
Experience
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferable, but not essential within our customer service environment.
Strong communication skills are highly desirable.
Familiarity with sales processes will be advantageous.
Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic workplace.
