Key Responsibilities:
Answering and transferring phone calls
Managing diaries and appointments
Recording and sorting incoming and outgoing post
Filing and organising paperwork
Greeting clients and visitors
What We're Looking For:
Friendly and professional communication skills
Good organisation and attention to detail
Basic computer skills (email, calendar, Word/Excel)
Reliable and punctual attitude
