We are recruiting for an Office Administrator/Assistant for a busy & growing construction company, based in Presteigne.
Roles will include:
- Bookkeeping
- Paying subcontractors (knowledge of CIS an advantage but not essential as training will be given)
- Ordering materials and tracking orders in, on site etc.
- Minuting meetings (including meetings on site as required) and distributing to relevant parties
- Office administration support such as filing, invoicing etc.
- Answering and directing phone calls in a polite & professional manner
Skills / Qualifications:
Previous experience of office admin and bookkeeping would be a huge advantage (Xero knowledge beneficial but training will be given).
Experience of a construction company would be advantageous.
Knowledge of PAYE would be an advantage.
Good organisational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to prioritise.
Ability to work independently.
Touch typing advantageous.
