Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous Office Administrator join our team in Bridgend. The ideal candidate will be proficient in IT, Excel, and possess excellent customer service and administrative skills. In addition, selling skills and proficient in using FB, Instagram to promote Sales.

Duties:- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office and sales operations- Manage ingredient and packaging supplies and organising delivery transport- Handle customer queries and provide exceptional service- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring accuracy and organisation- Proficient in software applications including Outlook, and Word- Assist with sales - Coordinate and attend meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements- Perform general clerical duties to support the office team.

Requirements:- Proficiency in IT applications such as Excel, Outlook, and Word- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail- Excellent communication, customer service and skills- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles would be a bonus.
