Role Overview



We are seeking a

highly organized and detail-oriented

Sales Order Administrator to join our team. This role involves

accurate order processing using Sage 200, professional customer communication via email, and precise data entry

. The ideal candidate will be proficient in

Microsoft Excel

and have excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities



Process and input sales orders

accurately in

Sage 200

, ensuring data integrity.

Communicate professionally

with customers via email, confirming orders and handling inquiries. Maintain and update

customer accounts and records

. Utilize

Microsoft Excel

for managing, analysing, and reporting sales data. Work closely with internal teams (

sales, finance, and warehouse

) to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Monitor and track

order progress

, ensuring timely processing and delivery. Assist with general

administrative duties

as needed.

Key Requirements



?

Experience with Sage 200

(or a similar ERP system) is essential.
? Strong

data entry skills

with

high accuracy and attention to detail

.
? Excellent

written communication

skills for professional email correspondence.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
? Strong

organizational and problem-solving skills

? Ability to

work independently

and prioritize tasks effectively.
? Previous

administrative experience

(minimum 1 year required).

GCSE (or equivalent) qualification

preferred.
