We're a busy, ambitious IT team looking for a hands-on
Office Administrator / Business Support Assistant
0 someone organised, dependable, and a bit creative.
This role combines
office administration
(diary management, meeting minutes, HR admin, appointment booking) with
finance tasks
(invoices, expenses, bookkeeping) and a touch of
marketing support
(Canva designs, social posts, client promos). You'll also act as an
Executive Assistant
to three directors - helping with scheduling, travel, and day-to-day organisation.
It's a
practical, hands-on position
(not just coordination), so we're looking for someone reliable, well-organised, and proactive and ready to take ownership of tasks and grow as we do.
What You'll Do ?
Diary management, meeting notes, and travel arrangements for directors
HR admin (onboarding, holiday records, BrightHR updates)
Finance support (invoices, expenses, supplier payments, reconciliations)
Ordering kit, managing suppliers, and tracking deliveries
Customer admin support (contracts via DocuSign, onboarding, scheduling)
General office duties (supplies, post, appointment booking)
Light marketing support (Canva documents, flyers, working with partners)
What We're Looking For ?
3+ years' experience in office administration, PA/EA, or similar
Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Some experience across HR, finance, or marketing would be an advantage
Comfortable managing both admin and financial tasks
Creative enough to pick up marketing tools (Canva, LinkedIn posts)
Organised, detail-focused, and dependable
Comfortable working closely with directors and staff

What We Offer
Salary from 32,000 per year (depending on experience)
35-40 hours per week, Mon-Fri (option of compressed 4-day week)
