We are looking for an experienced administrator to offer support primarily to the accounts payable department & with some support to the operations team.
Construction industry experience would be a definite advantage but not essential.
Responsibilities Include
Processing credit card receipts.
Managing the Supplier invoices through the approval system
General AP support
Booking hotels
Supply chain maintenance
Utility Readings
Credit account application forms
General office ad hoc tasks

Skills and Qualifications
Good attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to react to meet demands and deadlines.
Computer literacy, especially familiarity with spreadsheets, databases.
Multi-tasking and organisational skill, including the ability to prioritise tasks in order to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.
Reliable and Self-Motivated.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 26,000.00-30,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
