Job Title: Office & Social Media Administrator
Location: The dairy farm shopping centre, Dunmurry
Hours: 25 hours per week Monday to Friday 10-3
Salary: 14 per hour

We're a growing furniture business looking for a highly organised and tech-savvy person to help us streamline our systems and grow our online presence. You'll be an important part of a small, friendly team and will play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly.
Role Overview:
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organisation, technology, and social media. You'll be responsible for keeping our records accurate, building systems to make the business more efficient, and helping us connect with customers online.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain an Airtable database to track stock, sales, and deliveries
Log all customer accounts and match them to bank transactions
Track staff hours, holidays, and payroll information
Manage and grow the company's Facebook and TikTok accounts
Upload new products and maintain our website content
Provide general administrative support to the owner and team
Skills & Experience:
Strong computer skills, confident with spreadsheets, databases, and online tools
Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram preferred)
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Good written communication skills
(Preferred) Experience in bookkeeping or matching accounts to bank records
(Preferred) Experience with Airtable, Shopify, or similar platforms
