Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Claims Handler to work in a team based environment to maximise conversion of vehicle hire / personal injury claims delivering a "best in class" service to our client base. The service delivery is provided through management of the end to end claims cycle, including communication and monitoring of all providers within the motor supply chain.

Deliverables



To promote the image of the company To deal with all claim enquiries in an efficient and eloquent manner To answer inbound calls within KPI/SLA standards To handle claims in a confident and knowledgeable manner To convert credit hire, credit repair leads that successfully pass the system based underwriting criteria Ensure profit is maximised through the management of service providers To achieve over 90% Excellent, Very Good, or Good scoring on Customer Service Assessments To ensure that case handling is conducted in line with compliance standards To efficiently and accurately register new Motor Claims and effectively assist with the representation of the first interface between the customer and the company To ensure all new claims are logged in line with compliance standards and requirements To liaise with other companies, internal departments and employees as appropriate in order to minimise the inconvenience to the customer and maximise the efficiency of the claims registration procedure To gather and collate information, to assist Claims Handlers with the effective handling of all claims

Communication skills- Written and Verbal Customer Service / Client Focused Organisational Skills Confident when dealing with challenges Pro-Active Communication Results & Quality Driven Problem Solving Skills GCSE English and Maths A positive and self-confident approach when dealing with customers, and where appropriate, representatives of the Company's clients A willingness to perform minor administrative tasks as requested by more senior members of staff The ability to utilise qualities such as empathy, tact and diplomacy when interacting with customers and clients Relationship building Team Player Self-Motivator A willingness to offer suggestions where problems may be identified Previous experience of working in a Claims Handling environment is desirable but not essential.

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
