We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining an efficient work environment. This position requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in various software applications, and excellent communication abilities.
Working hours would be 9-3pm Monday to Friday
Duties
Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining updated records.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as required.
Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
Support team members with clerical duties to enhance overall productivity.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff as needed.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Experience
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all tasks.
