Parking & Property Management Ltd is one of the UK's fastest growing parking management company's specialising in the monitoring of parking control & management within the private sector. Due to our success and continued growth, we are currently recruiting for the following staff to work from our Head Offices in Bracknell, Berkshire:
Dealing with complex permit orders - including processing & accurate recording.
Utilise in house system to obtain information regarding parking charge.
Taking payments for parking charges/ permit when required.
To be able to work to a strict time restriction, ensuring deadlines are adhered too.
Experience of or ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate with all internal/external contacts and clients in a confident, professional and positive manner.
To work as part of a team & capable of working using own initiative.
Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
Interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone and in writing.
Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
Responding to customer queries and complaints in an efficient and professional manner
Adhering to a company's policies and procedures when interacting with customers
Annual wage is subject to experiance.
